We contacted the seller who stated that the camshaft was not damaged and that all the engine needed was a new timing belt and cover and it had only done 71000 k's. When it arrived it was obvious that it had been stored outside for a long period of time. The plug well were full of water and when the cam cover was removed we found the camshaft was rusted . The turbo solenoid was also absent. The other metal parts were corroded and/or rusted.
