I placed this order on Jun4th 2024. Today is Jun25th, and the seller hasn't even sent my car part BECAUSE he/she offered a better quality part by ebay message. I did not get the message in first place. The car part was needed to get the car fix in second place. And last, I get no response for my refund. How do I tell EBAY to step in??????
