Brilliant, slight flicker in light gives nice candle flame effect. I have tested the time before they need to be re-charged and they stayed on for just over 3 hours before I turned them off, They could have gone on for a lot longer but I figured that over 3 hours is plenty of time for what I use them for. They charge fairly quickly as well. only problem I can find is there is no way of knowing how much charge is in them at any time. Apart from that I HIGHLY recommend. I purchased 5.
