Loot Hive support was very understanding and I sent the console back and exchanged it for one that works perfectly. It's in great condition and has no scratches or blemishes and it plays my disks just fine.

(Allegedly). Cord is a little short for how far my couch sits from the TV, but most people sing while standing and the description did say the cord was only 7 ft. Came brand new! Great value especially considering a used one is almost as much. Super fast shipping, knowledgeable seller! Would definitely recommend!
