Offered refund via paypal and then didn't refund the full amount! I closed the return thinking it was all sorted and then realised I'm missing the VAT back. To make matters worse, I checked the item they sent and it was completely incompatible, the pieces didn't go together so the refund was inevitable. To summarise, wrong item listed, lies and excuses.
