I tried to work with this dealer they said the items lid was not chipped when it was wrapped and shipped . I opened the box that was not damaged and took the well wrapped lid out it had a chip the size of the end of my finger there was no chipped glass in the wrapping material so that tells you that it had to be broke before it was wrapped and packed and shipped I do not agree with the dealer.
